Kurkkupallo
Kurkkupallo was born from the desire to bring high-quality pickleball equipment within reach of all Finns.
The company is a joint project of two friends who met in Asia, combining the fun of pickleball, a low entry threshold, and high-quality, functional equipment. We believe that playing is more fun when the equipment is in good condition, whether it's your first game or a regular hobby.
The goal of pickleball is to make pickleball an accessible sport for more and more people and to provide equipment that you can trust on the court.
Online store terms and conditions
General
Kurkkupallo (Business ID: 3581515-4) sells products to private individuals and companies in Finland. Prices are shown in euros. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.
A binding sales contract is created when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
VAT
Online store prices do not include value-added tax (VAT 0%, based on small business).
VAT will not be added to the order.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available in the online store. The payment is charged when ordering.
Payment processing is carried out by a payment service provider chosen by the online store, which may appear as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice.
Right of exchange and return
The customer has a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
The returned product must be unused, in resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return, unless the product is incorrect or defective.

Defective products and complaints
If the product has been lost in transit, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, please contact us immediately by email at info@kurkkupallo.fi
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the product.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions and discount codes are valid for the specified period or while supplies last. Promotional benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Delivery terms
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are primarily delivered to a Posti, Matkahuolto or DB Schenker pick-up point or parcel machine. This is the fastest and most reliable way to deliver pickleball rackets safely to your destination. If you would like us to use a specific shipping company, please leave us a message in the order details.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Finland costs €7.90 .
We deliver orders over €150 free of shipping costs to Finland.
Can I choose a pick-up point?
The shipping company will primarily deliver the shipment to the nearest pickup point or parcel locker. In most cases, the customer can change the pickup point in connection with the notification sent by the shipping company.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time in Finland is usually 1–3 business days from shipment.
Is home delivery possible?
Yes. Home delivery is available upon request .
Please contact us before ordering or reply to the order confirmation, we will charge an additional fee for home delivery.
How do I get a tracking code?
You will automatically receive a tracking code in your email once your order has been shipped.
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer when the order has been handed over to the shipping company.
Which shipping company will ship orders?
We primarily use Posti, Matkahuolto and DB Schenker. If necessary, we can also use other transport services.
